 焊接制造工艺由于其工艺的复杂性、劳动强度、产品质量、批量等要求,使得焊接对于其工艺的自动化、机械化的要求极为迫切,实现机器人自动焊接。弧焊接机器人能够准确地完成点各种直线、圆弧以及复杂曲线焊接作业,实现多种焊接工艺的自动化,能够极大地提高零部件生产的自动化水平及生产效率,同时使得生产更具有柔性,焊接质量也得到了保证。
